The Judgments Award: access to justice for migrants, refugees, and other persons subject to international protection seeks to make visible the judgments that have been issued under the highest norms and standards in human rights, as well as good practices to ensure access to justice and the effective enjoyment of the human rights of migrants, refugees, and persons subject to international protection in the Americas.
In seven years 300 judgments from various Latin American countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Canada, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Mexico have participated in the competition.
We invite the judiciary to participate.
